I knew he was a punk first time I saw this video. Its Nene - Olakwandi fight where Sprewell tries to fool fans and refs by starting fake fight with Camby and than tells the refs that he though they knew that he and Camby were friends.

Punk can also mean acting foolish or inexperienced. Latrell was being a punk in that moment, you just had a fight break out and him and Camby are going to fake tussell when you got 20,000 fans in the stands not know what's going on?
