Naw, man - the team has a big that is over-rated; cries about fouls EVERY time he touches the ball... a starting pg that is a head case and can't get out of his own way... a starting 2 who doesn't even consider defense and looks stoned half the time. An aging back up pg who has the smarts but not the speed and a bunch of kids DYING to get on the floor. This with an old school coach who has no flexibility. The season's over for this team; he should get Melo more rest and get those kids on the floor - see what we can squeeze out for next year. I don't give a toss about how high the picks we gave away goes. There is absolutely NO chemistry going on with this crew. They can give up a 20 pt. lead in 4 minutes. It's killing me.

I think Melo stays - he has a lot of input in rebuilding something out of this mess. I'm prepared for more rubbish next year as we gear up for 2015 free agency. Hopefully this coach finds another place to work and these head cases get thrown out of the gym. I mean, I know these guys all have some skills, but there is no cohesion. It's obvious Kidd and Sheed were the floor generals last year, with Woodson rah rah rah Defense from the bench. That ain't working this year.

I was sick watching that game last night. Orlando has some great young talent; they fight hard as a home team - props. But I hate waiting in the LONG off-season for some good basketball, and then being handed this hot mess... especially after the good feeling of last year's team. Thank God there's teams like the Pacers out there who do it right, and give me something to watch. But Orange and Blue til the day I drop.

There's been only 3 bright spots for Knicks this year. Melo, Hardaway, and Jeremy Tyler. Everyone else has played way below what usually capable of or just been a disappointment.

Also Woodson takes much of blame for this season. He's been absolutely terrible.

There's no teamwork. Carmelo is carrying them and has to score 30+ for them to have any shot at winning. Then you have JR who thinks he's Melo. Their big men are walking sheets of glass. K-Mart sprains his ankle getting out of bed in the morning and Chandler breaks his leg doing the same.

Last year's team had good leadership from vets(Kidd and Rasheed), the big men were relatively healthy, JR did well in a contract year, and they had a bench. End result...54 wins and 2 wins from the ECF. Now you have Melo doing his thing, JR back to his old antics, K-Mart/Chandler/Amare falling apart and they're not even going to make the playoffs. And I can't even blame Woodson. He's a good coach but this team went into win now mode last year, they didn't win, and now their bigs are hurt all the time and JR is being JR.
