No even if they max out Bledsoe they will have enough for a max contract or very close to it. They will be able to offer a guy a starting salary of at least 12 million.

even maxing EB they would be at around 44 million.Suns have 30.4m guaranteed contracts going into next season.

He wants to be on a contender. Current Suns roster + healthy Eric Bledsoe + prime Kevin Love = legit contender, especially with the players getting BETTER as they enter their primes.
