Housing Question: More Modest Apartment vs. Nice Loft with Roommate

All of my friends are set in living situations. These would be two acquaintances of my buddy. 1 male and 1 female attorney between ages 27-31. He says they seem nice enough.

Depends if you want to live with roommates or not. I had roommates from 20 til i was 26. had a shiitload of great times with them, but i would never want to live with a non significant other roommate again now that im a bit older.

Modest Apartment, F**k having roommates man. Had a nightmare roommate long ago, never had another. Plus who wants some dude walking in making noise around your room when you are trying to get laid or jack it!
