The Mavericks just couldn't catch a break after the rule changes :oldlol:

Bean took 25 fts in 3 quarters and D-Whistle won finals MVP against them while setting the record for most fts in finals series (including 46 in the final 2 games). The ironically hilarious part is that their owner was the one who pushed for the changes (after watching Bean in the '04 final).

That's some Texas sized karma right there.

Funny thing to me is whenever people post some huge FT total like its undeserved....you ask them to point out the bad calls...and its usually 1-2. Or no reply. Usually no reply.

Ive seen that game but I dont remember if he deserved the call or not....

You do? Do you even care?

He still scored 40 points, without the FT's. It's not overrated. One of the greatest scoring outbursts ever. You're an idiot.

that does not take into account the bail out calls that would of resulted in a miss. stop it. aren't you a heat fan? yet, you let kobe stans bash wade's 2006 finals for his free throws.

I'm sure it seems that way if you only look at the box score.
Why would you even bring that game up though, you could be making threads about how Gasol was the 2010 FMVP or how Kobe drove Shaq out of town or how bad he shot in 04 finals or how he's a rapist?
The possibilities are endless.

There is literally no way you can stretch this to sound negative, free throws or not. He outscored the Western Conference Champions BY HIMSELF in 3 quarters, in a win.

You haven't even watched the game, you f#cking idiot. You've been asked to point out the BS calls by multiple posters, including Heat fans. If you can't do that, move on with your mediocre life.

I watched the game and remember the Mavs, particularly Howard, being so scared of Kobe that they just started almost fouling him on purpose because it felt better than him dropping buckets in their face.

Cuban can blame himself for all the free throws that year against the mavs, considering he talked with the league after the pistons vs lakers finals and got them to change the rules so that perimeter contact was called far more often
