Tell me about your favourite Breakfast.

Well mine is a Turkish dish called "Sarimsakli Kizartma" which is basically fried potatoes, Egg Plants, Zucchini, chillies, tomatoes with a delicious Garlic Sauce on top.

So without the sauce it looks like this

And this is my very own creation

I can't tell you how delicious this is.

And most importantly, as with many things in Turkish Cuisine, you don't eat it with a fork or spoon but with freshly baked Bread
Preferably with something like this

Ideally you have some Turkish Tee with it

Just about any mexican dish is a good hangover food so I usually go for that. Menudo or a big carne asada burrito with guacamole...but if im not hungover I like webos rancheros with homemade beans and tortillas.

That bread that u posted a pic of taste really good when u open it up and fill with beans

Huevos rancheros for sure with papas a la Mexicana on the side. Flour tortillas, little bit of sour cream for the breakfast refried beans. Wouldn't mind some bacon in there too. Orange juice or water.

-3-4 eggs scrambled
-A side of meat(Sausages, kabasa, Turkey, etc)
-Side of Greens
-A pepper or two
-Piece of bread with some spread on it

Burrito from a breakfast joint around the block. Some horchata too.

That is my IDEAL breakfast, but eggs and toast w/ coffee would suffice.

My ideal breakfast:

-Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes (diced), green onions, little pepper jack or other kind of grated cheese, maybe some avocado as a bonus
-Strips of bacon
-Rice or bread, don't really care - just enough to eat with the eggs - oatmeal on the side isn't as tasty but is healthier
-A coffee and a water (or mimosa if hungover on a weekend)

One of two options

1 - scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, buttery grits and toast
2 - a hot, steaming bowl of pho

Sliced up tomatoes with some salt on the side to dip in

Ideally with smoked Scottish salmon on an everything bagel, cream cheese, capers, red onion and dill.

My typical daily breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with blueberries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Things like avocado, tomato, peppers etc I prefer to eat separately. I like to be able to taste all the delicious fat and protein of the main dish without any detractions, and then I'll enjoy the healthier items apart from that. Altho olives and jalapenos are always a welcome enhancement to the primary dish.

Plus nutrients are absorbed more effectively when theyre not digested in a hodgepodge of different ingredients. So usually ill eat spinach, tomato, peppers, carrots, and so forth whole before or after the main course.

Ideal? Like if I got out of bed and could magically wish for anything to be on the table? Then 2 chocolate chip pancakes, a side of bacon and home fries with white toast. Don't have time for that shit, but what I do really like doing is 3 hard boiled eggs, a couple ounces of feta cheese, middle eastern bread and iranian tea. Maybe a couple of pieces of cantaloupe and cucumber on the side. I usually rock that for breakfast a couple of times per week.
