And it's not his fault, at all. He won some games for them almost single-handedly. Didn't cost them any. James Dolan NEEDS to get smacked.

Mike Woodson will be gone, and I think they'll be rooting for a long jail time for Raymond Felton to get out of his contract. Other than that, there's not much that can happen this offseason. Just hope Melo resigns (and I see no reason that he would).

He'll be in Chicago soon.

If Chicago keeps their team relatively intact as is while adding more quality this is his best option.

The Knicks are just a mess from the top of the organization on down.

Ya, ok. He is playing in one of the weakest conferences of ALL TIME. Any "superstar" should be able to lead a team in that conference to at least an 8th seed.

Crazy his playoff streak is coming to an end, never seen that coming esp out East. Funny how Denver's is coming to an end too, one Melo help built. Only team with a longer playoff streak is S.A I believe so atleast All-Star caliber players the only guy that's on a longer playoff streak is Tim Duncan/Parker/Manu?

Might be spacing because that doesn't seem right but Melo's active streak might be the second longest in the league behind Duncan/Parker.

Yea. Doesn't matter. Put four ISHers out there. Should make the playoffs still. Stupidest ****ing logic you ****ing tool.

His second best player who was healthy this season was a rookie.

LeBron would have taken Knicks to the playoffs. LeBron has proven he can do that in Cleveland, because unlike Melo LeBron makes his teammates better.

And that is why LeBron will always be considered better than Melo.

In other words, dont feel sorry for Melo at all. If he wants succes, then he needs to do what LeBron does and make people around him better.

OMG! LeBron is better than Melo that makes Melo such a scrub. If he isn't better than a 4-time MVP he is terrible.

Point is that any SUPERSTAR shouldn't miss the play offs in this years Eastern conference. Melo will. Melo isn't a superstar.

This.

Atlantic Division is trash, and they're in the East. No excuses for Melo. He isn't leading. Plain and simple. That's what allg ood players have.

:facepalm Melo is not LeBron what are you trying to prove. LeBron is obviously better but assuming he should be in the playoffs is stupid when his teammates are trash and brick wide open shots. Don't hustle or bother trying hard and his second scoring option is who?? JR :oldlol: or Amare who has just started to play better and has been riddled with injuries. Or how about Tim Hardaway JR. the rookie.

Im not a Melo fan, but you can't put this shitty Knicks team on him. That team is a dumpster fire. Sure, LeBron would take them to the ECF. But not everyone is LeBron f.ucking James.

no he wouldn''t first round exit at best. You forget this team still has 3 players in felton, jr smith and amare that only hurt the team. and play no defense. Lebron can't defend everybody.

LeBron took a team with Sasha Pavlovic, broken Larry Hughes, and Drew Gooden to the Finals. No way does he lose in the first round with the Knicks team. Hell, they almost beat Boston in 08 with Delonte West as their 2nd best player on the team. And this was when LeBron was still a poor shooter and average defender.

They went all in one an old team that managed to stay healthy for some time. But once the season went on, they started to fall apart. Kidd especially hit the wall hard.

wasn't a fluke guys just regressed badly. Chandler, shump, jr, felton are all playing at levels far below what they did last year. Pretty sure aliens stole their basketball talents, which weren't all that good to begin with.

With all the Melo bashing, This is actually quite impressive.

Melo's done more with less talent on his team. Clearly its a coaching issue, with chemistry issues stemming from losing.

It's not his fault eh? It's not his fault that he has only one aspect of the game of basketball that he is great at: Ie scoring? It's not his fault he's been a garbage to average defensive player his entire career, it's not his fault he has no play making skills, it's not his fault he doesn't make other players around him better? You've turned me mate. It's everyone else's fault, BUT marshmellows that he can't succeed. Thank you for setting the story straight. You must be his ghostwriter for his novel about how he can't do anything else when he's scoring 35, 38 pts because he's such an arrogant lazy **** that besides scoring he is completely lost in the game of basketball.

The thing I don't understand is how Melo is missing the playoffs when he's (seemingly) the best he's ever been, and in his first few years in the league led teams in a tough West to the playoffs, year after year.

It really makes no sense especially considering how garbage the East is this year.

watch a knicks game and u will see what is going on. Tonight the knicks guards went 9-41 and played terrible defense. What is Melo supposed to do about that? Guys just don't care anymore, they don't have a reputation to uphold. They could gaf less about what Melo is trying to do.

Have you watched a single Knicks game this season? If you did, you would realize just how ****ing stupid you sound right now.
