lebron is coming off three straight finals appearances and an olympics run in 2012, of course he was coasting for the first few months of the season. he's played the most minutes in the nba since 2010.

he coasted the first few months and still put up better than average numbers while being second in the mvp race. since he's stopped coasting, he's been putting up the best numbers in the league and is currently ahead in the mvp race.

The NBA really thought Lebron's powers would go away with a switch of the mask. Instead, the clear mask has given him the power to make Durant even more beta.
You mean the Kobe mask?

Lebron's an Average Free throw shooter at best. Maybe he'll make 11-12 of those. He still isn't scoring 70

When are people gonna realise FTs > baskets?

- Getting to the line put the defenders in foul trouble
- Defenders usually foul the offensive player when they are getting easy buckets
- When you're getting easy buckets, defenses collapses and open up teammates

Yes. Free throws are subjective though. They're like scoring in figure skating.

It's pretty clear that 1 guy gets an excessive amount on minimal to no contact while the other guy literally can't get a foul call if he nose gets broken.

When you realize that a dude that primarily takes jump shots is shooting more free throws than anyone else in the league.

Forget about lebron. I'd love to hear the justification as to how Durante is shooting more free throws than Dwight Howrd.

It's simply a case of special treatment.

It a gesture of kindness by the refs because they dont want to damage Dwight's ego even more.

If you think KD primarily takes jumpshots then you haven't been watching him play, and thus have no right to judge whether or not he is better than LBJ.

Drawing fouls is a craft. It's not gonna be as exciting as throwing down a tomahawk break away jam or catching a full court alley opp, but it's even more efficient than that. Can't take that away from KD.

and LOL at "special treatment"
Really? KD gets more special treatment compared to DWhistle (that's right, even his nickname is based on his reputation of getting questionable calls) and the Miami Cheat?! :lol

If you're gonna discount KD's ability to get to the line because of the refs, you can discount 1.5 of LeBron's rings.

Is this really your argument? Do you think Lebron doesn't draw contact when he drives to the hoop? Same for Howard, who lives in the post and is also fouled intentionally all the ****ing time.
