What you monkeys know about this show?

They say it is suppose to follow the lives of young Bruce Wayne and Catwoman.

I'm no comic book dude but is there a story with this. It's suppose to be James Gordon chronicles.

I like Batman stories but I don't know if there is anything interesting.

Want to know if such a series was out.

The show is centered around a young James Gordon who just arrived in Gotham. His first case is the murder or Thomas and Martha Wayne. The blond dude from Southland is playing Gordon, Donal Logue is Harvey Bullock, and they just announced the casting for the young Bruce and Selina Kyle. Relative newcomers, don't know them. Jada Pinkett is also cast to play some villain.

Has potential, but considering it's going to be on network- most likely gonna be shit. Netflix announced they're shooting a bunch of shows based on Marvel characters centered in Hell's Kitchen (Daredevil, Luke Cage, and like 2 others). Everyone is cashing in on the comic adaptation craze. It's moving to TV/internet now.

Looks decent, will check out the pilot.

Just wish this was on another network, this isn't gonna last more than 1 season on FOX.

Yeah would've been great if Netflix picked it up. Networks like Fox and NBC are in disarray these days, can't expect anything quality to come from them. Or if somehow something slips through the cracks, it doesn't last long on air.

If you're doing anything involving Bruce/Batman, his parents have to die.

Looks good but they better focus on the underworld of Gotham and emphasize that. The city has a personality of its own.

I don't get why they have villains as kids. Its better they leave them out because it feels like they are trying to rewrite history with the adolescent villains. Its better to stick with one theme with new mob bosses.

It needs to be on HBO. I don't like it on Fox. It needs to be edgy.

but its about jim gordon that is young. it feels like batman origin story. batman's parents should be important character but not die this early.

This looks better then Aarow, Agents of Shield, etc. It has promise, but i hope it doesn't get all procedural and turn into some cop show.

I think some dude from the show said that the show starts with Jim Gordon arriving at Gotham and the Wayne Murder is one of the first cases he works on.

Tbh doe, nobody really cares about a Gotham without Batman. :oldlol:

Which is why I think this show won't last. When people think of Gotham they think Batman, not Jim Gordon.
