Reggie was my favorite player of all time & he is arguable the best one ever at that, but flopping was kindof more commendable in the 90s believe it or not, they would call it a "veteran move"...... personally i thought it was hilarious seeing his bag of tricks, he would sell/draw calls (flop) offensively especially, flail his arms or hold your arms (lock you up) and act like you held him while on the move and he would get away with it all the time, the dude was a master... this is all while he is on the move running around screens, sometimes he would sprint around screens full speed and if you are close he would just make a full STOP and make you run over him... foul... FTs... and even when he would shoot he would kick his leg out... foul... and1... 4 point play.... this is how he got under MJ's skin all the time (only guy to do that) :D....

and that is a big reason Kobe said: "Reggie is the toughest player i ever had to guard".

Reggie is one of those guys you should watch/study if you are a non-athletic guy, he used everything humanly possible to impact the game.
