So... you're off the George-wagon? Damn, that leaves just 30 teams and 999.999 players. Progress!

He's young as hell, it was bound to happen.
Didn't he have good games before this one tho?

So out of the couple thousand minutes that Paul George will play this year, let's make sure we put extra attention on these 28+. Because they clearly mean a lot.

George is obviously more of a defensive player. i disagreed when people were saying he was a superstar, but he is top 10

Just one game. If that was the case, that means kobe sucked. How many 6-24 type games have we seen out kobe? A lot.

But seriously, what happened to him? He got that stripper pregnant and suddenly he's lost all (exaggerating) his basketball skills.

Yep. All the bashing I got for telling everyone PG wasn't a superstar... lets hear it.

Hear this...

Since Jan 25th (his last 18 games) PG's line:

20.5 ppg
7.3 rpg
3.8 apg
37% FG
33% 3pt

He's a top 10-15 player, but he's not better then Melo, yet. He's not better then Harden.

He's an above average player that thrives in a system that perfectly fits his game. Not taking anything away from him, he's still young, but he's not a superstar yet.

Least it shows to those who downplayed Lebron's performance because it was the Cats..they are damn good defensively.

Damn right they are, they held Durant below 30.

This is exactly why it's stupid to prop up anyone without a history of dominating this league as any sort of MVP candidate barely 1 month into the season. From the beginning, it should have been clear that the early dominance was unsustainable. Neither Indiana nor Portland were as good as their records indicated. It simply took a lot longer for Indiana's record to fall back to where you'd expect it to be because the Heat were/still are focused on resting Wade and Lebron coasted the until just before the AS break.

Paul George's offensive numbers have gone to the shitter in much the same fashion as Jeremy Lin's has. You knew PG wasn't going to maintain 25+ppg on 50+% shooting. You knew Lin wasn't going to keep scoring 18+ppg on 50+%shooting and 45+% from 3.

As great as Lebron is, you knew he wasn't going to maintain a 60%2pt/50%3pt throughout the entire season. But at least you knew that when it dropped off, it wasn't going to be by all that much (except for the 3pt shooting %).

I remember being blasted for saying PG is not a top 10 player in the NBA earlier this season. This instant out of nowhere massively overrated crap almost always happens with only perimeter players.

Only idiots listen everything ESPN and the media spouts and you're an idiot if you believed it. Just like you're an idiot for believing Miami was finished because ESPN said so. You're an idiot for believing Blake Griffin is overrated, because ESPN just shows his dunks and nothing else. You're an idiot for thinking Wade was finished because the media told you so. Try listening to knowledgeable fans instead of the media and maybe you won't have these issues...
