GOOD GOD, they send Steve Mills to try and lure Jax to ny, WTF? Um hello, does Dolan not realize HE needs to be the guy to meet with Jax?

Dolan is so awkward and horrible. UGH

Seems like everyone who "meets" with the Knicks realizes how ****ing awful that franchise is.

P Jax won't get out of retirement unless he feels he will have a great contender team. He isn't at age to clean up messes anymore.

Jackson only coaches teams that he knows will give him wins..teams that he doesn't have to do much coaching with. It's called padding his stats.

I don't think anybody knows what gonna happen with this org. They are keeping it a closed door policy. Also, I highly doubt Mills would be sent to talk to Phil... that would be a one-on-one with Jim. Media is pissed that they get no bones to gnaw on.

Knicks may have a closed door policy but Jackson doesn't and never will..

You'll learn quickly he has a few reporters around the country that are used very adeptly to get Phil's word out

If it's being reported Mills was sent to ask Jackson about a coaching gig then there's a real good chance it was Jackson's camp that let that be known

Hopefully you are right. Hopefully it's to build so much momentum that they have to give him everything he wants and more.

Full team control, unlimited budget, gym title. Head coach title, can go on any or bi road trips. 25 mill a year.

Shumperts highest value is as a triangle pg. Carmelo fits the triangle perfect as do jr and bargnani

OP is such a girl. What's with the attention whoring? You posted he accepted a coaching job, which wasn't even the story, and now you psoted he's rejected the job, which also isn't the story (he rejected coaching). He also met with Dolan. Can you print one thing that's not made up?

You're embarassing.

Ok
Seriously, what's wrong with you that you can't discuss the possibility without making shit up?

One of the most well-respected and decorated coaches of all time isn't interested in working for a trainwreck franchise with no leadership? Shocking.
