Nope, Paul George is one of my favourite players in the league, Pacers are my pick to win the title.

You were the only one before too. All of these Kobe stans pretended to be PG fans because he was a threat to Bron at the beginning of the season. Now, they are Durant "fans"

I still like him, but I do think his offense is overrated. His defense is still elite tho.

I like PG, he's just been playing like ass.

He doesn't have any go to moves he can go to in a pinch, like a mid range or anything.

No I'm a big fan of Paul George, it's just the hype has died down and he draws his fair share of haters because of the hype.

no pun intended

He's my favorite Paul in the league. Well besides Milsap and CP3. But above Pierce, so there's that.

And he's definitely my favorite George in the NBA. George Hill will be the downfall for the Pacers this postseason!

I feel Toronto has a Paul George type of player in the making too.

He started off hot and Bron haters jumped on his bandwagon then George came back down to reality with his 22 ppg on 43% lol :lol

PG's rebounds, assists, and blocks are all down from last year. So are his minutes.

DeRozan is better than him on the offensive end, at the moment

He's my favourite player in the league right now. I don't think he'll ever be a offensive force like Durant or Kobe, but solidifying his place as the best two way player is not a bad thing. I love watching him play D.

Even if they managed to beat Miami, Indy wouldn't matchup well against the team that wins the west. Especially if its OKC.

No, I still love him as a player despite his chucking. He's the best LeBron-slower-downer in the league and his offense is still growing.

Nah. Hibbert is the only true LeBron "slower-downer" in the NBA.

I hadnt heard of him until last year in the playoffs. Dude came outta nowhere, I was still thinking Danny Granger > PG until I watched for myself. Good player.

I liked him since his rookie year but he can't be that superstar people want him to be unless he learns how to draw fouls more often.

I'm still a fan. He's not my favorite Pacer. Lance Stephenson is. I just have him in my avy because the dunk was tight and poster is even better. I'm getting tired of him going 1 on 1 but Id rather him get it out his system now then to be messing up in the playoffs. I'm sure his personal issues are probably what's affecting him and he's also been playing with a bad back since the all-star break which I'm not sure if people even know that or not.

People also forget that he's 23 years old and is still 2-3 years from reaching his prime and he's already improved a ton and even though his fg% is pretty low, his advance stats are still pretty good and those do show that he is one of the top 10 scorers in the league. I think thats pretty good considering that some still consider him a defender first, scorer second. I consider him both at this point. If he were on another team with a faster pace and fewer good players around him, he would average more points although he may shoot an even lower percentage. But its silly to call a 23 year old who has improved as much as he has and has not reached his prime overrated. If anything, he's becoming underrated all over again.

False. That belongs to Jimmy Butler and Noah or Duncan and Diaw/Kawhi.

Lebron has lit up George for two years straight. Although to be fair he mostly lit up Granger and Wade lit up George in 2012.

Meh. Butler and Noah were utterly irrelevant to LeBron in the playoffs.

Jumped on the bandwagon last year. I really like two-way superstars.

I do think a lot have people have bailed on him though. Just read the threads on here. Dude gets massacred daily. :biggums:

I still think Melo > PG, but he's a nice young player. Not a superstar yet. Akin to Harden, Curry, Griffin, etc.

I agree, well not about Melo being better than him, but I think they're all in the same class. I honestly think PG is better than Melo SLIGHTLY because of defense. I think his impact on the game is more noticeable than Melo overall. I think PG is better than Harden because of the defense. I think Griffin and probably Curry are better than PG. Curry doesn't play defense but he's such a threat, you have to know where he is all the time plus he handles the ball all the time. He's tough to stop. And Griffin is really underrated, has really improved his jump shot, ball handling, and defense.

Griffin is definitely underrated. I don't usually agree with sir Charles but he was right: CP3's injury was the best thing to happen to him. Helped him develop his game immensely. Curry's playmaking is also great.

Melo's defense is underrated I'd say, at least from a 1-1 standpoint. Obviously he's not close to PG's level, but the importance of the quality of the team defensive system shouldn't be overlooked.

Offensively, it's become clear that at this age PG can not compare with Melo. Carmelo's consistency and honed offensive game, which is so comparitively unreliant on athleticism... he's going to be able to keep scoring for a long time. As far as effect on the game, Melo IS the knicks' offense. Throw in the lack of fair treatment by the refs, we can agree to disagree. I say, today, Melo > PG.

Nope. I'm only allowed to like one player on that team and Roy Hibbert won me over in his interviews. Don't like his play because he should be so much better on offense, but so should George and Hibbert is both more important on D and a cooler dude so he gets me as a fan (not like either of them care)
