Not to mention, he's playing with 2 D-Leaguers and 2 rookies on the floor with him most of the time. Jeff Green, Brandon Bass and Kris Humphries are his best options on the court right now lol.

EDIT: Also, he has shot a bunch of shots with the shot clock winding down because our team is anemic. If you watch the games you'll see his efficiency isn't a concern.

LA could sign him outright (especially if the Cs don't want to max him and his agent is figuring they can get that money from someone else) or work out an S&T. I don't think Rondo hates the Lakers the way he hates Miami, and there's a mutual respect between him and Bryant.

There have been times when Rondo has passed up a lay-up to set up a jumper that was harder than the lay-up would have been. It normally doesn't hurt and overall is helpful but there's no doubt in my mind that Rondo is trying to climb as high up on the career assists list as possible and win as many assist crowns as possible.
