He had 5 or more fouls 18 times. Didn't get superstar treatment and still put up impressive stats. :applause:

this game log could all just be fabricated for all we know, no way to authenticate any of this.

Pre NBC era Basketball is a fairy tales and fantasy as far as im concerned

Incredible efficiency and consistency. I can only find 1 sucky statline: Game #18
Next "worst" game: #11.
Just 1 game below 20 points.
Just 3 games with 30+ FGA's.
10 games with 10+ FTA's and 100% shooting.
26 triple-doubles, without even having more than 3 in a row (once).

Four separate times the Royals played four games in a row. A bunch of three games in a row also.

Played an awful lot of minutes too.

Anyone want to calculate Durants/Lebron/Paul/Love stats at per 48 mins?

He was doing that playing back-to-back-to-back-to-back games.

I'm not saying its not impressive... coz it is.

But I'm pretty sure there's a lot of guys in the NBA today that could play those kind of minutes and would happily do so if coaches permitted.

He only needed 4 more rebounds to once again average a TD that season.

What's so interesting is no one even knew what a triple double was back then. The term had not been coined, and no one thought it was anything special. The 11 apg is the most impressive. The league avg. 21.4 apg that season. To put that in perspective, during the Magic/ Bird era...'80-'92, the league avg. for assists never dropped below 24.5apg and had several seasons over 26apg.
