U very RARELY see Lebron get into double digit FT's while Durant is doing it every other game. That Crap really grades on my nerves.

after LeBron got fouled twice on that dunk over ibaka including a broken nose you would think they start to call some fouls for him.

Fast breaks and free throws, without them, he's ****ing worthless. He isn't competitive

The reason Lebron doesn't GET calls his way is because Lebron doesn't want calls. He commits offensive fouls EVERY TIME he goes to the rack. He commits Defensive fouls almost every time he is defending some one.

How can you expect a person who commits fouls all the time and never gets called for it to get calls his way on offence?

he commits the fewest fouls i have ever seen from a good wing defender. go watch the games. he rarely reaches in trying to steal the ball. you clearly don't watch the games.
Refs allow him to get his arm out because they allow defenders to play him differently as soon he starts to go towards the paint. it is just when he is the air and gets no call for obvious fouls that bothers me. i don't know what he does but a lot of the other perimeter players would be injured a few times if they played through what he plays through. only Dwight gets punished more in the paint.

He didn't play aggressive and got fouled by Augustin on the dunk but the refs gave a phantom foul for Wade w/ a minute left in the game so i dont wanna hear shit.

Lebron played like a ***** most of the game and Butler played great D.

He's already got enough calls in his career that he doesn't always just have to get fouls just because. Not to mention he's a flopper and bitch.

Butler only played great D once to be honest. The last strip was clean. Everytime Lebron drove before that he was fouled by Butler or Noah and the refs just let it go and everyone just said it was great D.

The reffs definitely let some calls go, he should had a couple of shooting fouls.

Whats also interesting is how teams nowadays have all learned to ALWAYS foul Lebron before he goes up for a shot, have you noticed? Like if he blows by somebody or gets any type of steam towards the basket or especially if he is on the break, no FTs, 0 pts for LBJ/Heat, 1 of our scrubs got a foul, excellent, who cares, yes the Heat get the ball again but Lebron now cant create same look, some other Heat guy bricks something instead and its most often a win-win defensive scenario for opponents.....

KD has had multiple games where he would of had 0 FTA if he didn't shoot technical foul shots or late game FT's.

Brons been saying for 2 years he needs to work on his FT shooting and hasn't improved in that area at all. Serge Ibaka who was a 60% FT shooter 2 years ago is a better FT shooter than LeBron already.

pegasus
03-11-2014, 12:56 PM
He should have shot maybe 2 FT's in the Bulls game, but that's it. Butler defended him beautifully without fouling him. Those two steals were as clean as they can get.

I love how people are making it sound like Durant is being protected by the refs while Lebron being mistreated. Yes, Durant does get FT's more easily, but what Lebron gets away with is offensive fouls. He bulldozes over people, pushes them out of his way, and instead of getting called for it, he gets to finish the play at the rim and get easy buckets.

So what if he gets hit a little bit every now and then? It's nothing compared to what he gets away with. Plus he is a known flopper, which makes it hard to officiate him. And how about his poor foot work that results in uncalled traveling 3-4 times every game?

10+ FT's a game:
Durant - 24

Better FT shooter = more FT opportunities and more comfortable going to the line. Guess common sense ain't too common around here though.

I see you bringing up Durant. Surely Durant being far more aggressive in the halfcourt, shooting more, and getting technical FT's and late game FT's has nothing to do with him getting more FT's. Surely.

Keep telling yourself LeBron needs to go to the line 10 times a game from open, cherry-picked transition layups though.

It's usually LeBron/Wade/Allen who get fouled at the end of games. With LeBron being the one who gets it most of the time.

I see you bringing up Durant.
Wut? Lol! You brought up KD and I was just pointing out the differences in the FT attempts.

Surely Durant being far more aggressive in the halfcourt, shooting more, and getting technical FT's and late game FT's has nothing to do with him getting more FT's. Surely.
Not even close. LeBron has been working in the post a LOT more this season and has been getting hacked routinely with no calls. Not to mention the times he drive to the hoop from the 3pt line, when there's a mismatch.

Sure. It's pretty common knowledge that if a player touched KD it's an automatic FT and a tech. Best example would be the 9 FT's that he got on 3pt attempts a couple of days ago. :facepalm

Well, it's not entirely true. In the 4th quarters, LeBron's FT% jumps from 72.6 (in the first 3 Q's) to 78.7%. That's an increase of 6.1%. KD's FT%, however, drops from 88% in the first 3 quarters to 82.6% in the 4th.

tl;dr, KD is a choker.

Can't you even read the entire post? You OKHicks are just a sad bunch of people.

Making stuff doesn't help your case.

BTW, how many rings does KD have to show for all those "game winners"?

Did LeBron miss 2 whole years and did Rose ever make the Finals?

Get your troll act up, bro. You're slipping.

Can everyone just agree that Lebron and Durant are both equally bitches?

And that's just the 4th quarter. Durant's choking act becomes even more apparent if you compare their clutch statistics.

Sometimes I feel like I'm talking to 10-year olds. The discussion was about free throw shooting so I don't see what relevance that image has.

Stop living in the past homie. Lebron reigns supreme in the NBA, Durant and shit and Kobe is done. BTW that 3rd pic is fvcking retarded.

Except unlike you, I was talking about this season. And I was discussing ft shooting in a discussion about... you guessed it, ft shooting.

But yeah, other than that, your post was completely relevant and mines wasn't...
