Not surprising considering that the only guy strong enough to not get thrown around is 3 inches too short and the only guy tall enough will look like a ragdoll. Bynum doesn't look amazing, but still just too big and too skilled that just a little effort will go a long way.

In his first game, he already has more rebounds than Hibbert's season average.

It is Scary how bad the Heat are gonna get Dominated in the paint against Pacers..Spo U better started Speeding up the Oden project Cause Bosh/Birdman will try but will get Mauled by Hibbert and Bynum. Lebron gonna need to crash the Boards instead like he has in regular season sitting and watching from outside. Lebron gets 7 Rebounds a game barely trying if He ever put his mind to it could easily average 10+ a game.

Freakin' Bynum man. He has the tools to be one of the best centers in the league if he worked at it and cared enough.

This is a good first game back. If he continues to play like this, the Heat are in trouble. They need Wade healthy and Oden to play well against them.

10 rebounds in 16 minutes is alright. Unless he went Moses Malone on them.

oh the horror
03-11-2014, 09:41 PM
8 and 10 in like 15 minutes.

If this dude is remotely healthy and the Pacers are all on board Miami is going to have some serious issues down low.

They should play it steady. I don't trust bynums knees.

Yeah, cause its not like Bynum has been battling injuries since 2008 :biggums:

Pretty sure his health has played more of a factor in his productivity than his attitude.

Hibbert is overrated. I don't understand how a man that size averages what he does. How are you 7'2 and don't grab AT LEAST 10 boards a game???????

If Indiana find the same form they had earlier in the season with Bynum and Turner added Miami should be shitting themselves

I am really not feeling good about things. Miami Beasley and Oden will need to contribute and Lebron,Wade and Bosh will need to be at top of their games for at least 4 games to win series. Also Chalmers and Cole need to know their role and not play like complete a$$holes.

Yeah with Hibbert, Bynum, West and Scola down lown and Miami with no real low post defenders they best hope that George, Stephenson and Hill continue to play as average as they have been of recent.

It feels like this team was built to specifically beat Miami just like when OKC tried to build a team to defeat LA in their prime.

^^^This whole post was just filler to get to that last sentence. Why not just start off with it and stop wasting everyone's time? :confusedshrug:

No one should be surprised that Bynum can still play. He dominated several games in a Cavaliers uniform, even with the sh!tty attitude. He has more left than a lot of people realize.

If Lebron focused more on rebounding it would take away from other parts of his game

Solid start. When healthy and focused this dude is easily one of the best centers in the league.

If the Pacers have the right chemistry all the way and if they're playing well (starters and bench), every team should be scared.

He had a productive game but obviously most of you missed the game because he really struggled on defense and he struggled rebounding later in the game. His stamina of course was not there but he looked good. No he should not start over Hibbert. He's the backbone of the defense.

I wouldn't put so much stress on his production this game. If you saw him in the game, it was just unfair how much advantage he had.

He mentioned after the game that his knees felt fine and that he had some nice spring in his step tonight. Whether they hold up remains to be seen. Solid debut nontheless...
