It's not that getting free throws is bad - what everyone is saying is that Deuxrant gets babied by the refs, and that his scoring numbers are inflated because he gets so many unwarranted foul calls.

Servant has a lot of talent, no doubt, but there is motivation to prop him up as LeBron's equal (hence the King getting zero foul calls in consecutive games where he is scoring inside while KD gets sixteen free throws shooting jumpers).

Durant might be the biggest manufactured superstar of all time. It's a shame too, because I think he's good enough to still be a low-level all-star player without all the zebra help.
