Its not PG and his terribly inefficient game, its not lebrons and his pathetic defense this year.
Kevin Durant has officially become the best two way player in the nba. Appreciate one of the greatest seasons by a perimeter player since Michael Jordan

If by "two way" you mean scoring by driving to his left or driving to his right, then it's possible. If you're talking about offense/defense, then this is a total joke and I can't stop laughing.

OP you should change the title to "KD vs Lebron" :facepalm

Isn't Durant the guy that regularly allows the guys he is supposed to defend to reach career highs?

Not to mention his help defense which is probably the worst for any starting SF in the league.

KD can't play defense :lol

Durant has been a better defender than lebron this season. Stop being stupid even Lebron stats will admit to you his defense has taken a significant hit. Look at the stats KD has held opposing players to lower field goal percentage than in almost every situation. Offensively the all lebron really does 'better' is score at a more efficient rate and average an assist more than the 'scorer' durant

We see how well KD's defense is holding up with Perk, one of the league's best rim protectors, out with an injury.

Durant now has to defend drives too and suddenly, scrumbs like Meeks and Green are putting up career highs on his sorry ass and teams are averaging 110ppg against OKC in that span.

And this once again goes without mentioning his Harden like ball watching defensive rotations and other aspects:lol

Kobe is injured though so we can't include him in the discussion. Or else of course he's top 2 at very least

PG is a great defender but he has had too many games where he was abysmal on the offensive end.

2 points on 0-9 against the Bobcats for example. His defense is constant but his offense comes and goes.

Durant is NOT a two way player. Fantastic offensive player but he's not an impactful defender. 82games and RAPM both confirm this.

smh disgusting board filled with lebron trolls. Even I as a lebron fan will tell you he is a great defender who has been defending below par this season and offensively Durant is the best this year. Only defender better than KD at the sf position is pg im just speaking facts but you guys can check synergy sports and theyll tell you lebron has been mediocre defensively whilst Durant has been phenomenal its just facts guys

KD is a great 1 on 1 defender but an average team defender. Still one of the best defenders amongst the superstars though.

Servant Stans still talking about LeBron's defense from November and December.

KD is a league average defender. Nothing more. LeBron being lazy for the first 2 months doesn't put him DOWN to servants level.

As of now he is yeah, but it's not saying a ton. His offense is by far the best in the league and his defense is good, especially when he locks in.

His main competition right now is Anthony Davis and Paul George but those guys just aren't there yet.

I suspect Anthony Davis will surpass him in 2 years as the best 2 way player in the game.
