Was Mayor fat ass even at work yet to take care of it? Were the police able to take care of things or did they have to worry about offending anyone and the mayor getting angry?

No, i don't like DeBlobio, 99% of what he promised sounded like old school bullshit Koch type NY or stuff that sounds great but is literally impossible.
