View Full Version : It is not Spo's fault for the loss....

Spo designed a pretty good play that led to a turnover.

He was smart enough to not draw a play consisting of Lebron on top of the key. We all know Lebron can't shoot and there was no way in hell he would have gotten a shot off. He is not very good at creating for last second shots.

So Spo drew a very nice screen with Lebron screening and rolling to the basket. That is the only way Lebron would have scored. A systematic player and play that should have scored.

Can't blame Spo for not just throwing it to Lebron and let him create. That would have a 14% of winning the game. His play was 50/50.

Agreed, Brons got to do a better job of separating though. Should watch other stars like Kevin Durant work off ball.

The pass was lackadaisical, but I don't expect any good conversation in this thread.

It was a hard pass to make & it was a bad pass considering Ray Allen was wide open right there at the corner, no one was even trying to cover him :facepalm

There was a few things wrong with the play, but the people above will just blame LeBron

well, if it was him who called the timeout, then the loss is his fault.

that gave Brooklyn time to set the defense instead of actually scrambling to defend Wade without a timeout.

That was the same play that the Heat used to win game two in the playoffs vs the Pacers last season. It was a great play but Bosh threw a dumb pass. Livingston is too long and smart to not pick that off.

Lebron is a pretty limited iso player, there is only so much you can do with him. a pick and roll is basically your only option

let's forget the obvious thing on that play, if Lebron got the ball he would have pass it to Ray Allen on the corner.

Bosh: "I saw Bron, he released and I threw it to where he was instead of to where he was going."

It was a good play...

It was a great play, Bosh kindof threw it to Lebron instead of ahead and still the pass was just an inch from ending the game in Heats favor.

Self admitted Boshs fault. Bron had a free dunk at the basket. It was just an unfortunately bad pass.

should have let Battier inbound. he's better at it. any last second play should have all big 3 in. plus Allen. that's 4 guys to cover. it'll be tough to choose to double team someone.

Bran needs to learn how to come to the ball. He's used to cherry picking on fast breaks, but occasionally people will actually defend him off the ball. He looked shook

How shocking. A Kobe stan makes a thread to put down Lebron and tries to disguise it as an actual basketball discussion. I knew it was about Lebron before I clicked on it. Thread title should just be "It was Lebron's fault", then it will fully fit your agenda.

I know they wouldn't call that on Lebron but he was actually fouling Shaun. He was holding him where he wanted him to stay and then with a sudden push-off he was going to create enough separation to get a clear line to the basket. Luckily Shaun's reach was long enough to stop the play despite being fouled.
