What do you think about this?
W. C. Levengood did studies of crops inside the formations twenty years ago. He found all sorts of bizarre things that couldn't be explained by the planks-and-ropes explanation. This new 'theory' attempts to account for some of Levengood's findings, including the high-speed vaporization of water inside the crop causing it to fall. The only problem is it doesn't pass the smell test. Troups of people in the fields dragging extension cords behind them, giving each other burns with these 'magnetrons'?
As usual, science is supposed to be agnostic; but individual scientists like to 'disprove' things without knowing anything about them.
These things are massive. I really don't see how these hoaxers can pull this off in the dark with night vision and not have any sort of surveillance in a hot air balloon or helicopter to communicate with them in order to know where to flatten.
