It doesn't sound absurd... I know full well that Kobe may bring in 30 mill shirt sales etc. But I also know that any top 10 player in the world, would bring in that on a franchise like LA... PLUS be productive on the court, you know be contenders again, therefore keeping the Lakers franchise relevent and making them more money.

So that 30 mill Kobe gets, stops them getting a top 5-10 player... stops them contending and stop them being relevant. and then he bitches about management :lol
