Seems like a rare feet :confusedshrug:
how many times has this happened?
how many of these teams won championships?
Who was the last 2 players to do it?
Run TMC off the top of my head is the first team that comes to mind, but they didn't win a title doing it.

Last time was SHaq & Kobe
I think both were average between 27-30ppg for a couple of their Titles

Melo/Iverson
Did I dream of that?
I remember them being 1 and 2 in the league at PPG once.

Pretty sure the last to do this were Wade and Bron, didn't end too well.

You know you're great when making the Finals is not ending well.

Agreed. They should've missed the playoffs completely and saved themselves the embarrassment like prime Kobe.
Not making the finals > Losing in the finals, right?

I doubt Mitch put up 25ppg on the Warriors with Mullin and I know Timmy didnt...
Perhaps Jim Jackson and Mashburn. I know they were at some point of their one good season together.

Others I know or suspect...
Goodrich and West
Baylor and West
Pistol Pete and Lou Hudson
Bird and Mchale
I bet Orlando Woolridge and Michael Adams both did in 1990.

Off the top of the dome? For sure these teams:
2011 Heat (LeBron & Wade)
2008 Nuggets (Iverson & Melo)
2007 Nuggets (Melo & Iverson)
2003 Lakers (Kobe & Shaq)
2002 Lakers (Shaq & Kobe)
2001 Lakers (Shaq & Kobe)
Other teams came close really close, 2012 and 2013 Thunder for starters. The Run TMC Warriors had like 3x mid 20 PPG scorers. That's really impressive. I think everone has been mentioned thus far though.
25+ ppg is elite volume scoring. To have 2x scorers of that caliber on the same team is extremely difficult from a chemistry perspective though too.

Adams also had a .530 TS% which isn't bad. And didn't make the AS game at 26.5ppg.
