Probably in this order from brightest to darkest

Orlando
Los Angeles
Milwaukee
Boston
Philadelphia

Sixers and Boston last because they completely traded there pride away. No way to rebuild from that

in terms of assets not sure how any team can beat what the Celtics have. They have a boatload of draft picks plus they should be able to clear the bad contracts by the time they are really ready to compete. They are not backed into building one way and can actually force the issue a bit if they are ready the pull a trigger on a move.

As far as who has the best players going forward it has to be Orlando. If you put Lebron in this current Orlando team with a good coach they are contenders.

LA short term, Boston long term. Lakers will draft a decent player, get some good FA's for a bargain & a healthy Kobe & will be a strong Playoff team right off the bat with a chance to get K.Love & RWB in the future.

Boston has a lot of picks, a great young coach & Rondo, I see them going from a medicore team to a very good team in a short time span.

Philly & Milwaukee both have a good shot at getting the best player in the draft, but they are not an attractive FA destination, so they will have to rely on whatever they get in the draft.

Can't give a good answer until after the draft. As an example the Celtics have stockpiled a ton of picks but if they strike out in the lottery and pick out of the top spots one of the other teams will be looking better.

U have 1 good player and he's leaving next year to play under the zen master..How on earth is Rondo fitting into the triangle?

Kobe is ass now. He will never be a top 15 player again. Probably not even top 20. He won't lead his team to anything. If LA makes the playoffs next year it will be because they get another superstar. The West is stacked as it is, and the current teams will be getting better. Hell, Pheonix (currently out of the playoffs) has like 2 picks this draft and they will have a healthy Bledsoe.

Lakers and Boston have the brightest future. Strong management and strong leadership and culture that knows what it takes to win. Milwaukee might do something. Philly I can see becoming a treadmill team while Orlando is just treading water till their next free agent leaves again.

LOL at people picking the Lakers and Boston based off of what. Unless they make some miracle trades then there is nothing currently on either roster that has any hope. Philly has the ROY in MCW and Noel and plenty of cap space and probably a top 3 pick and New Orleans pick which will be in the top 10 this year. Philly is the answer easily.

Orlando, Boston, and Philly.

Orlando has two future all-stars in Nikola and Oladipo. And other young guys who could become good role players.

Philly has so many picks cap room and the #1.

Boston is pretty much like Orlando. Lots of young potential.

IDK about the rest. LA and Milwaukee are in trouble that's for sure.

Orlando and Boston. Orlando have a bunch of young pieces with potential like Vucevic, Harkless, Harris and Oladipo and if they got a guy like Exum, they could be pretty dangerous. Boston have a top young coach, a top 20 player with Rondo and young pieces like Sullinger, Bradley and Olynyk. Also have pretty much all of Brooklyn's picks for the next 5 or so years and I say at very least one turns out to be a lottery pick.

Boston

The pieces are alredy n place

They need a star and 1 more very good player which they will get in the next 2 drafts

then they will be back n championship contention

Anyone who says LA is probably retarded. No surprise.
Or they're older than 13 and have seen how quickly LA has bounced back after every down season in history

If you had asked who had the brightest future in 2005, most people would have said that LA had one of the worst futures and teams like the Rockets, Suns, and Wizards had great futures. How'd that work out?
