Now that Phil has signed on - 5 minutes ago on the Arnie Spanier show.

The league would love that. Would the current crop of Lebron stans jump ship or would they bite the bullet and become Knick fans?

So you're saying LeBron will go to the Knicks just because Phil Jackson is their president... ok

why is Lebron so concerned about what team he may play for next year when he's trying to 3peat?

I think this topic which is totally based on rumors is much better than the other three topics discussing the same rumors.

lol the knicks. LeBron would never join a team with J.R. Smith / Amare Stoudemire and Raymond Felton signed long term

if LeBron leaves the Heat the only place I see him going is to the Blazers because of their talent.

Same reason he was concerned about jumping ship from a 60+ win team that had the best record in the league and was good enough to make it to the ECF the summer before he abandoned them at age 26.

He wants the path of least resistance. Wade's health has been shaky and there are younger superstars to be had elsewhere. He'll keep stacking for as long as he can get away with it. Doesn't matter where it is. If Phil can convince him that he can somehow get Melo to stay and throw in a Kevin Love, he'll strongly consider a 212 area code. This is a man with 0 loyalties.

I bet ideally Phil would like NOT to resign Melo and wait for Lebron in summer 2015 instead...but that won't happen. He's gonna have to keep Melo.

Does melo even want to stay? I mean phil isn't even coaching, I'd be out of there ASAP

do you even watch basketball or do just you make things up in your mind and believe them?
Knicks are out of the playoffs in the fking east. i am not saying that he will go to the knicks but if he does then how is it taking the easy path. the only reason most people don't call you a troll is because you talk shit about current players while making players of past eras seem like supermen.
Overrating players of the past eras is okay and even seen as a sign of a good poster on ISH but overrating current players makes you a troll.
