I'd be more scared of the lionfish than that very small shark. I was worried for the guy when he dropped the lionfish, if that thing scrapped against his leg or anything... he'd be temporarily paralyzed and the shark would have then been able to have his way (even though he was small).
I have experience diving with lion fish and sharks.

They're really nasty. That photo above was taken when I was snorkeling in Cuba. They have killed people in the past

i was thinking the same thing but he did put caribbean sea in the caption.
He should have kept the lionfish on the end of his pokey stick and slapped the shark with it.
