I f**ed up twice in two days...

Alright so I made two mistakes with women the past two days. Not really big deals but I wanted to share anyway. I realize I'll get trolled to full effect for this but it's all good. I need the lashings :lol

So on Monday it was St. Patrick's day (obviously.) I got off of work at 3pm and immediately wanted to grab some food. So I go to the New York Buffalo Wings and there's two girls at the register, an ogre and a cute one. I'd say she was an 8. So I walk up and I say hi, and the first thing the cute one says is, "Where's your green?" I was taken a bit off guard by the question because I was so focused on trying to get some food. I gave a generic answer, "I don't know. I don't have any."

Boooooo. So then I picked myself back up from that lame response and said, "Where's yours?" And she responded, "Oh you don't want to know where my green is..." For some ridiculous reason I did not take the hint and said, "Oh really? Wow. That's TMI." :banghead:

What an idiot right? I've been playing that moment in my head over and over the past day or so. That was an easy set up right on my lap :facepalm

Then yesterday I go to eat dinner after work at Smashburger and I order my food. The girl gives me my cup for my drink and I go to my right to the soft drinks. I see sitting down by herself a solid 7.5 to an 8. She was on her phone though so I said nothing. As I filled up my cup, I turn to my left and take a sip. As I'm walking I look up and she's walking towards me and we make eye contact. I see her start to smile and then I look away quickly. I try to look back but she's already behind me. :facepalm It was one of those glances where I wanted to check her out but I wasn't expecting her to look back. :rant

The thing is, with women you usually only get one shot and once you f*ck it up once it's gone forever. I know I'm not the only one that royally f*cks up from time to time. What are some experiences you guys have had or things that you do to nail these improv moments down?

I have done that and did not realize it two days later when I was brushing my teeth. This girl stops me in the middle of the street and asks me if there are any bars around, she was out of town and was going to meet someone.

Anyways, she makes small talk and tell me about her travel plans, blah blah, and again asks me about where the bars are, by this point we must have spent 20 minutes talking to each other.

The dummy me genuinely thought she wanted to know where the bars are and l treated her like I would do with a guy if he asked me the same question, I would point it out and move on.

I point her to where the bars are, wish her happy travels and go on home totally oblivious to what happened till two days later when I was brushing the teeth and thought,......damn I could have asked her for a drink!

Another time a girl took me back to her apartment and I had no clue why she took me there, I got bored and left lol.

I got lots of other stories like this, I really suck at picking up signals unless the girl undresses in front of me and unzips my pants with her hands.

But the good thing is, at least I got some signals, it would suck a lot more if I never got any signals. Overall though it still sucks cause I missed closing many a deals.
