Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lawrence, Victoria Justice, etc. So, if you ever got the chance to meet them, and you were able to have 3 minutes talking to them bout whatever while they sign your shit, knowing you would probably never see them again, would you make a move? Yeah, you chances would be almost non existent, but would you consider it? In a "fvck, we only have one life, what can I lose" type of way. If anyone answers yes (and isnt a lying f*ggot), how would you go about it?

If a average chick is preseason, Ariana Grande is Finals Game 7. Millions of nikkas after this one chick man. You gotta come with something special to make her think your better than all those guys. In terms of females? Hard to say (not to say I don't respect women :lol ) but I got to know Taylor Schilling during the beginning of her first major starring role. Really cool lady, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable on set (my first project).

It was cool meeting Louis CK and seeing him work- he writes, produces, directs, and obviously stars on his show. Has a nice guerrilla filming style, only uses one cam usually handheld. I was a big fan of the show Louie and his overall work before getting to work with him.

Liam Neeson is cool as shit too (only worked stand-in on Walk Among Tombstones).

And I don't have to tell you how hard it is to break into the industry. Can't imagine it being easier coming from overseas. But there have been some great work being done in the international film scene the past 15 years or so that has been better than a lot of the stuff being churned out by the Hollywood reboot/remake machine.

I actually didn't go the traditional conservatory route. I started by doing unpaid work as a go'fer on Indie projects just to learn the ropes. Got my first major speaking role when I was a non union extra on a pilot.

Right now I'm waiting to see if a pilot I worked on last year is going to be picked up and just had a callback for a co star role in the new Goosebumps movie (I use to love those books back in the day).

He was super excited and everything, he waited there 8 hours, got his make up done, worked on lines again, waited in his room etc etc etc til the producer came in and told him the part is over/done/finito... hes back now and didnt leave his house for 1 week. Yeah, it's a brutal industry. Nothing is guaranteed. Had a friend recently who worked on the pilot of The Black List. He was only supposed to be a featured extra but when he got on set he was upgraded by the director and given some lines. Obviously he was excited about that, told all his family, friends, etc. He had to wait a few months before the episode aired, but when it did, his lines were all cut and they never bothered to tell him beforehand. He was on screen for like 3 seconds shuffling papers/working on a laptop.

There's a lot of stories like that, but travelling to another country thinking you have a role and then they pull the rug out from under you is particularly cold blooded... hopefully he can bounce back and look at the positives- ie, he was able to book the role in the first place.

I've posted vids of myself when I was cast in an NBC pilot a few years ago. Posted plenty of pics of myself on sets. Why would I 'fib' about that? Not like it's not something someone can investigate by simply turning on their TV.
