You are underrating how good of a passer and ballhandler McGrady was at Wiggins age. Wiggins isn't anywhere near elite on those departments.

I agree and I agree that the slower pace of college ball doesn't fit Wiggins' style, but a truly great talent should be able to succeed in college regardless. Talent alone should trump all of the other noise. Wiggins is putting up 4/3 with 4 turnovers on 1/6 shooting as his team bows out to a 9 seed.

Nothing else literally. He runs fast, can jump high, and play solid man defense. He can't dribble, can't pass, can't shoot particularly well, and isn't even great at finishing around the basket. You're drafting him purely on athleticism and hoping the rest of his game develops around that.
