I think when it's all said and done, he'll be top 15 all-time with one or two rings and a few MVPs.

Top 15-18.

He won't win any rings in his prime or in OKC.

It's honestly too early to really predict. I'd say if everything works out perfectly around him, he could win 1 or 2 rings and go down somewhere in the 20-30 range :applause:

Really depends on rings, you know that.

He's only 25 right now.

What a dumb question. Who knows how his career will pan out. He can be T-Mac 2.0 for all we know

without injuries, top 13 for me can maybe crack top 10 with some rings

He needs some rings. I suspect he'll get 2 at the most. So top 15 is very possible but most likely top 20.

Top 15, but if he keeps being a scoring machine for the next 5+ seasons? At age 25 he's already got almost 15k points. Scary numbers

Top 10 potential for sure but like anything depends on how many rings he can win.

His ceiling is limitless, and he could end up top 3 all time. His floor is probably 20-25 all time, if he stays healthy.

With 2-3 FMVP, 3-4 MVP's, 10+ scoring titles, and finishing NBA all time leading scorer(which he has a real chance to do) would put him right around 6-8 all time. In all likelyhood, he'll end up somewhere between 6-14 all time.

let him win 1 MVP and 1 championship first before claiming that he can win multiples.

So you're saying his ceiling is top 3 all time.

I just consulted my magic 8 ball, it said ask again later OP I'll let you know.

How many peaks, and this isn't even his peak, have been higher than Durant's 2014 season? Jordan, Shaq, LeBron, and possibly Bird are the only ones that I can think of being higher. I think Magic, Duncan, Hakeem, and WIlt have had ARGUABLY higher peaks, but Durant certainly has a case over them.

This 2014 season is arguably the greatest scoring season in NBA history, and he has been an elite distributor for a SF. Combine that with good defense and elite rebounding, for position, and it's a top 5-8 peak all time. And we're expecting Durant to continue to improve from this point on. He could easily end up with the GOAT offensive season combined with above average-borderline elite defense.

people are so wrapped up into player legacies these days. How bout just enjoy watching the guy and root for him and his team to win, instead of wanting him to win so he can be ___ all-time....

Safe answer: What a ridiculous question to be asking when the guy is only 25.

With that in mind, Lebron 07-14 is better than any edition of KD. Defense, playmaking & leadership. Deal with it haters.

Says who? What are you basing this off of? Many players peaked at 25 or before. I really hope age isn't your only reasoning. I doubt Durant ever approaches this statistical level in his career again, much less surpass it.

Let's see Durant do this in the Playoffs.

Duncan's and Hakeem's peaks ('94 and '03) were in the Playoffs, and, really, if Durant is having a top 5 peak season, he has no excuse for not winning it all.

- 4 Rings
- 3 FMVP's
- 4 MVP's
- 9 Scoring titles
- 3rd All-time leading scorer

Top 5 player of all-time. Right there with Jordan, Magic, Larry and Kareem.

He's already the best active player, although he's still 3rd behind Kobe and Duncan career wise. Probably top 3 all time barring a serious injury when it's all said and done

When you say that, do you mean he's playing basketball right now than Duncan or Kobe or LeBron ever did?

He is the best scorer since MJ...if he stays injury free he will finish top 10. I would say couple spots below Lebron, and 4-5 spots above Kobe.

LMFAO

He's UNQUESTIONABLY better than 2007, 2008, 2011, and 2012 LeBron this year, regular season. And he's right on par with 2009, 2010, and 2013 LeBron. I would probably say LeBron was slightly better in 2013 than 2014 Durant. That's the ONLY LeBron that I would take over this version of Durant in terms of regular season.

It's cute however that you think 27.3/6.7/6.0 55.2 TS% 24.5 PER .206 WSp48 on a 52 win team is better than 32.1/7.7/5.7 63.9 TS% 30.5 PER .310 WSp48 on a 60+ win team
