Yes. He's always been the same player. Steals the ball well, shows up in big moments, make dumb mistakes. OP is wrong here. Felton is the worst IMO.

Chalmers thinks he's a all star level player who deserves calls. He changed the game when he went out of bounds thinking the ref would blow the whistle for him. He does this a lot not just this game.

He has nothing special as a guard. Can't really dribble past anyone. Can't create his own shot. Can barely hit the open threes. Whines way too much. Can't finish around the rim. He wouldn't be starting in any other NBA team. Simply put, he's just a very average basketball player than anyone else can be.

Oh man. I remember last year when he stated he was a top 10 point guard. Good lord... that gave me such a nice laugh. He's not even close to being a top 30 PG. Hell, there are some backup point guards better than him.

I usually do not drop a swear word but for this......HELLS no!!! He is not a Tony Parker or CP3 but he is no Ricky Rubio....either. The dude is decent. He makes decent reads on the floor. He passes well. His shot is decent. The guy is an above average point guard. I have seen worse starting point guards in the league and Rio is not one of them.
