Jr Smith- This guy wen he is focused on playmaking 1st and scoring 2nd And also taking smart shots he Plays Like a top 15 Player in the league......

Unfortunately, He Only does that about 2 Or 3 games a Year. He should also be a way better defender with his athleticism size n length

If he played to his full potential i could see him Avgn close to
20 ppg,5 assist,6 Rebs. shooting about 46 or 47 %

Josh Smith- Has the body and the athleticism similar to Lebron, And decides he jus wants to Chuck long range jumpers , and he cant even Shoot.

Hes a great defender and shot Blocker, Pretty good rebounder

He had the tools to be A Scottie Pippen 2.0, Instead he'll Be remembered more as the shawn kemp of this generation

With his finishing ability,Strength and size and athleticism He should be taking it to the hole, Like Lebron does , No way he should be shooting 45% 4 his career and hes a 6'9 240 pf/sf , he should atleast be shooting 50% at the very least. and avgn 20+

Josh smith should be where PG Is at now basically, 1 of the best 2 way players in the league,

Jennings. I feel he should be a nice pg if he concentrated on making the right pass/play instead of chucking shots that are not going to go in the basket.

kobe. kobe is already top 5 all time, but he could have easily been number 1 if he didnt get the achilles injury and finished out his career on a high note.

Prime Shawn Kemp would chew any version of Josh Smith up and spit him out. Josh has a ways to go before he could be remembered as Kemp.

derrick coleman - one of the most skilled bigs i've ever seen. the guy could flat out ball. could do things that guys way smaller than him could do...and do them better.

eddy curry - i don't think he ever would've been a dominant force but he could've been doing like 21/9 for multiple years

darko - darko is not comparable to chris webber in any way but he can actually play. i think his attitude and situation held him back early on. he would've never made an all-star team, but could've been a solid starting center instead of a running joke

Shareef Abdul Rahim
one of the best mid range and in scorer in his younger days. All the losing in his early career really effed up his development.

Antoine Walker
97-99 Walker was a joy to watch. Good handles for a PF shame that he fell in love with the 3.

no pun intended

Iguodala.

Could have been so much better than he was. Super athletic, and could get to the rim at will. Great finisher too. So what does he do? Settles for contested jumpers and shoots a lot of threes, which he was never good at. If he had played aggressively, he would have been an all-nba player. But he never did.

Bran, he was hyped to be better than Jordan but never reached anywhere near that level, now he is on the downside of his career

so many injury related ones: walton, penny, hill, roy, oden. still think walton at his peak was one of the top 3 bigs to ever play...easily. the run he made in his championship season is absolutely dominant, terrific basketball in so many ways. oden was one of my fav prospects of the past decade.

really like sheik's picks too. add stromile swift to that. guys that were either lazy or didn't have the bball IQ. actually, when you look at busts, i think the NBA of all sports has the strongest case in showing how much mentality means. good or bad. maybe QBs are in the same range but not NFL overall.

also...joe alexander.

EDIT: ohh, sheed's a great pick. dude was so skilled.
