I remember when I signed up, I had to wait months before my account was approved.

If the site is set up where only a limited number of people could sign up at a time, I assumed that meant they were strict about the posters that post.

But once you get approved, it seems like people have free reign to act like trolls.

You notice the trolls when your team has 3 of the most hated players of all time.

how are moderators suppose to know who are trolls before their account is activated? you dont have much logic do you. Do you think they do a internet posting background check before they activate an account?

Because it's allowed. Look at Euroleague's posts history. The moment they ban him is the the moment ISH straightens up like RealGM. As long as he's free to post on ISH then that's a sign that trolling is still allowed.

Nobody wants this place to turn into ****gm. This is where the elite basketball minds choose to discuss the game. Just look at last years NBA Forum Debate, our guys smashed on everyone.

Real basketball fans would actually wait.

And I also assumed this meant they took the quality of the posters seriously and would ban trolls quickly.

It's ridiculous. Every thread becomes a LeBron thread whether it's the haters or the fans bringing him up. Same w/ Kobe/KD. In fact, a couple of the KD stans have taken over as worst trolls on the site

Getting worse since 2011.

The straight trolls are easy enough to ignore, but the volume of agenda threads/posts is ridiculous.

I remember the mods made a conscious effort to delete them a month or two ago and things improved for a while, but at this point it has to be >50% of posts.

Internet message boards are basically for people to clown around on. People with friends can have serious discussions in real life

Dumb statement.

This is a specific niche message board for basketball heads. I have serious discussions with friends all the time. Not many of them are near as well versed in basketball knowledge, that's why I come to fellow "pro fans" to talk about it.

People with real friends, they discuss REAL things, and not strictly basketball. You know because they care about them as actual people.

that's also true, and to take it one step further, the same babies who usually complain are the ones arguing with trolls all the time, keeping their threads active

Haha an interview, shit dun changed. The more I think about it the funnier that is.

So how do you feel about LeBron James? Were you aware Kobe Bryant was accused of rape? True or false: Wilt Chamberlain fought a mountain lion.

Guess I'm one of da vets on diz site.

Interviews? C'mon dudes, you mean IP check.

Also, am I the only one who thinks russwest is ripthekik and the old kaiiu? Extremely similar those 3.
