Earlier this season I said that Paul George chucking shots up like this will make the Pacers a worse team because it will take away some of the easy shots that West and Hibbert have over the Heat front court....I still believe that. The more Paul George shots the lower their chances are of beating Miami. I hope George goes on a 2004 Kobe like shot madness against Miami in the ECF this year. Let the ego grow. Adding chucker Turner didn't help. That guy sucks.

Why would be be taking shots at West through the media though? Is he that stupid? West is the heart of that team.

I'm not sure if he's talking about West directly, or even the Cavs game directly. It could be more about Turner or even PG. I'm not really sure what he means by this

I think all things being equal, he's a Top 10 talent in the league. But if you asked for the top 10 players this season from start to finish, don't think he'd crack the top 10.

KD
Bron
Blake
Aldridge
CP3
Curry
Melo
Davis
Dragic
Dirk

In no particular order.

Yeah, Dwight is somewhere on there as well, but definitely not near the level of Bron, KD, Blake, or Davis this season.

Really hope the seeding plays out to get a potential Chicago vs Indiana in the second round

Don't know why Hibbert is crying, his play hasn't been great lately. Any time he's playing 30 minutes he should be grabbing 8+ rebounds.

:lol

Anyway...here's another part...Roy is not even really talking about getting more shots for himself..he's mainly talking about ball movement in general..

"We play hard, but we've got to move the ball," Hibbert said. "Is it obvious, or what? I don't know whatever our assist ratio, or whatever it is, is in the league, but it probably isn't up there. I'm really trying hard not to spaz out right now, but I don't know. We've been talking about it for a month. I'm not handling the rock. I don't know. I've made suggestions before and we do it for, like, one game, and then we revert back to what we are. I don't know. I'm not the one to answer that question. It directly affects me and the bigs. We're just out there and it makes us look bad."

Also, you have to get bigs involved early...EVERYONE knows that, its always been like this for most big men with the exception of stars like Duncan who can allow the game to come to him because well, he's a superstar.....

People look and see Roy has 8 shots but what you don't see is that he may get 2 shots in the entire 1st quarter, 1 shot in the 2nd quarter, 3 shots in the 3rd quarter and 2 in the 4th quarter....This is how it generally is and I don't know how anyone expects a big man who is already limited in his footwork and movement overall to get into any type of rhythm:confusedshrug:

On second thought, he may be really talking about Lance and Turner...Turner has assisted on 1 Hibbert basket since he's been here...Hibbert gave PG and West "carte blanche" to do whatever they want...I don't know why he would give PG the reigns to do whatever he wants, they should be giving Lance more freedom....

He's clearly talking about PG who had 0 assist and 22 shots in that wizards game. Also did anyone see PG's comments about how Gortat should be DPOY after that game. Like why the hell would you say that? Of course Hibbert would take offense to that when he always has your back. They are both taking shots at each other in the media. Im sure Vogel will ignore it and give a rowdy pre game speech then go make another Men Dove commercial.

Eh i feel for him but then again he needs to do his part as well. He cant grab boards for his life and hes fn huge. Stephenson and George be getting more boards then him. This team offense is stiff. They suck at moving the ball. They take bad shots too.

This is true...the team was like 20-8 when Granger came back even though he wasn't playing particularly well...But the team has played deflated since then...Bird might have tried to do too much bringing in Turner...I said all season that I didn't think we needed to make any changes...that goes for bringing in Bynum or trading Granger...

I didn't really assemble a definitive top 10 list, but was more highlighting that George this season wasn't a top 10 player, despite starting the season looking like he was Top 5.

Harden and Love yes. Russ is typically top 7, but I don't think he has been this season due to the injuries.
