I saw a little bit of Kobe in that move.

no pun intended

Best footwork I've ever seen from him, tbh. He seems much more graceful without those 50+ pounds of muscle he put on in the NBA.

honestly lebron needs to drop weight for the second half of his career after seeing this. He will have enough natural strength. If he got this type of agility he'd basically by unstoppable.

because it's easy to return to 18 year old body as a 30 year old man? That bran is gone

Not saying that, but no doubt his agility would definitely improve. He would also retain enough strength say at a weight like 247. He should consider it..

that boy's athleticism was off the charts. I don't know why he put so much weight on. All that muscle isn't good for his jump shot either. His first step was ridiculous back then

LeBron could get a lot of it back with a strict diet. 30's are still prime for athletes. An example for this would be Tony Parker...He's in his 30's and looks as athletic as ever. Also LeBron is a freak, no injuries, and will age well.

"Quickness" gets overrated in basketball because of the and1/iso/streetball culture.

There's is a reason veteran teams win titles. Dirk, Chandler, Terry, Kidd, Marion etc weren't dazzling anyone with first step quickness.

Pau, Fisher, Kobe, Artest were all into the second half of their careers and not as explosive as they were as kids.

Pierce, Allen, Garnet etc.....

A basketball court is not all that big, especially considering the size of the guys playing on it. It's still primarily a "phone booth" sport. Strength is underrated, quickness is overrated.

You really see that when you go to a game.. the court looks so much narrower than it does on TV

He looked much more smoother/aesthetically pleasing doing stuff on the court without all that mass he has today, naturally he was more quicker/explosive aswell.

I actually thought CP3 was a year ahead of Lebron. Interesting.

Also interesting is the way they talked about certain playerse in that game...but they never amounted to sh*t :oldlol:
