Well if you watched the original video you see it is made up of a bunch of different people dancing to the song. The hour long videos are the full videos of each persons bit that was cut into the original.

Normally I get sick of hearing songs too much, but that song is just uplifting, and the videos from around the world are awesome, I've watched a fair few, they just did my home town recently (Cape Town, South Africa), was soo good to see the old city again.

I think I've watched most of them but I just skip through them. I doubt many people are watching 5 hours of Happy. There probably are some but they would be in the minority. Just go through them and spot either celebrities or hot chicks like I did.

True story, once at an event I got a dance lesson from Fred "Rerun" Berry.

At the time I could do the basic rerun dance, but then he went into this popping and locking thing that was just ridiculous. He near 50 at the time too.
