Barring injury, it's pretty obvious Durant will hold his position at #1, but with the emergence of some new stars this year, #2 becomes interesting.

Will it still be Lebron? Anthony Davis? Blake Griffin? James Harden? Kevin Love? Will Kobe turn back the clock?

Tough call but I might have to go with Anthony Davis, he just seems to be getting better all the time

Lebron.

Also, I threw up in my mouth at the thought of Harden being the 2nd best player in the league.

If for whatever reason Lebron or Durant shit the bed next year (unlikely), it'll be Blake.

3.Anthony Davis/Blake Griffin/Melo

I think Anthony Davis due to his defense and offense but Blake Griffin is starting to look really good on offense. Looks like he can score in so many ways now. Melo cuz i think hel stick with New York and Phil will get him going.

You must be rubbing yourself raw this season since Blake made the jump. I can't even imagine how chaffed Mike Smith has been this season. :lol

I just love how he's seemingly elevated every aspect of his game this season. His jumper, his passing, his handle, his defense...all just keep getting better.

And yeah, Mike Smith has been fanboying his tits off. :oldlol:

Durant drops to 3? That's highly unlikely.

People like you are hilarious. I guess Durant, who is just entering his prime, is going to magically decline while LeBron, who will be 30, is going to turn back time.

KD or Bron will be 1/2 for at least another season (until Bron starts to decline).

After that? Davis or Blake for sure. Followed by Sasuke and CP3.

Are you retarded? You need to relax with this "entering his prime" nonsense. This is likely his peak season, you clown.

Durant, after yet another playoff choke of epic proportions, will become an alcoholic and slowly dissappear

This is Durant s peak season and he wont even win the championship. Mentally, he will be devastated. His decline will start next year.

KD can't be #1 even if he does have the best season next year, no one is ever going to overlook a choke job in the playoffs thanks to you clowns.

This may be his peak season statistically, but you clearly suffer from mental retardation if you think KD's overall game has peaked at 25 years old.

Did LeBron's game implode when he got embarrassed in the 2007 Finals? Oh, but if KD doesn't win this year his decline will begin?

I guess LeBron's peak was in 2008 right? You people are half-wit clowns :oldlol:

Well yes, according to most haters of LeBron his peak was in 2008 because that's when he was the most athletic. Since then, he has declined, slowed down, and become an overall worse player. It's just the SUPER STACKTTT supporting cast that has him winning now.

Are you referring to me? My post was that crazy but the dude talking about Durant entering his prime is all good? :coleman:

I was talking statistically. How can someone have his best season on a statistical level while "entering his prime". What does that even mean? How insane do you have to be to think a player 7 years into his career putting up these numbers is "entering his prime". I guess it's not crazy at all.

Also, what is Chris Paul's best season so far? How old was he? Go ahead. I need the laugh.

If LeBron snaps out of it and actually starts playing both ends of the floor then I don't think he'll be surpassed by Anthony Davis.

If he doesn't, like he probably won't, then Anthony Davis will be #2.

It's less about improving statistically, and more about improving his team's record i.e. making them a playoff team.

Statistically, he's already up there with the best...but I expect a slight jump, like Smook mentioned.
