Depends on what floating around means exactly, but I'd say in no particular order:
Lionel Hollins
Doug Collins
Jeff Van Gundy
Stan Van Gundy
Jerry Sloan

That man needs to get a job somewhere. I was hoping Cavs would've gotten before the season. Dude called out his cheap owner last year, if I remember correctly.:lol

Stan van Gundy, if in the league right now, would EASILY be 2nd or 3rd best.

:lol I like him too. I was hoping the Pistons would pick him up (and at one point it sounded like they were going to)

Stan van gun - although I do enjoy his commentary on the dan lebatard show.
Lionel hollins - should have been hired
Doug Collins - although I'm glad to hear him back on commentary, he's one of the best
Jerry Sloan and George Karl - I don't think they're coming back

Sloan is too old to return to coaching IMO or he'd be the #1 FA coach

Depending on my team I'd hire one of JVG, SVG, or Hollins if it was a good upgrade.
Hell, I'd take either of those 3 over Scott Brooks.

He's 72 years old so I doubt it. Wouldn't be a good hire for a team either unless you were a contender with a short title window.

Considering he couldn't win with two of the best players ever I'm not sure why a contender would want him. A young team like when Hubie took over in Memphis would make more sense. Doubt he's leaving his new gig in Utah though.
