As he should. hes earned himself a decent contract after this season. JHill will do the same, im sure.

Should have let Kobe walk and build around Swaggy. That's why the Lakers are the Lakers and they have never and will never accomplish anything.

It's smart for him to do so. I'm not even sure what the Lakers are going to do in the off season with some of the current talent. Jodie's been playing tremendous, Nick Young has been doing his thing and a guy like Xavier Henry has been great at times when playing. Combine that with other talent available during the off season potentially and there's a lot of decisions to be made in regards to who stays and who goes.
Young has said he loves LA and loves being a Laker but he'd be crazy not to explore his options and see what kind of a deal he can get.

And how many legends finished their careers in Orlando?
Orlando sucks dick. Poor man's Miami. No trophies. Shaq left, Tmac left, Howard left, Duncan and J kidd never came.
Shit storm of a franchise, might as well be Wnba team

This is just another example of my great prediction that LA will be in tank mode for many years to come. I was right again :applause:

ESPN should make a 6-part documentary detailing Nick Young's summer leading up to his free agency decision.

Nick Young sucks. He is a scrub. Any player can have one good game every now and then. Even the crappiest player can have a game where they make all of their shots.

Meh. I don't want him back. He is extremely talented, plays like a star player but isn't one. Can't really be a role player. Like him but don't want him back. Good luck Swaggy P!
Nick Young would be a good JR Smith replacement in NY. but Phil isnt that dumb

17.3 / 1.4/2.6 per of +15.12
ON 42% shooting with 14~15 shots a game... does he think he deserves a big contract? Guy is JR- lite and his team is god awful.

Not really. At least JR displays a semblance of playmaking ability in terms of distributing the ball.
Nick Young is hellbent on putting a shot up, he hardly cares to play facilitator.

When Sushi was on the Clips, he was real solid defensively and not as much of a chucker has he is on the Lakers, due to circumstances. When he was guarded Durant, I was shocked how well he stayed on him.
I'd consider taking him back if the Clips end up dealing Crawford to bolster the front court and he keeps his shit in check. But then again, that is only due to him being from the San Fern Valley.
Sushi vs Farmar goes back ages. Cleveland vs Taft. USC vs UCLA. And now, they are teammates :facepalm. Destroyed destiny.

Nick Young knows he has no place on the Lakers with Kobe Bryant coming back next year. Only enough room for one swaglord on a team.
