A nine-month-old baby has appeared in court in Pakistan on charges of conspiring to murder, according to reports.

Muhammad Mosa Khan is also facing accusations of threatening police and interfering in state affairs in what must be one of the most bizarre court cases ever.

The tot was one of more than 30 people facing charges after a police raid to capture suspected gas thieves in the eastern city of Lahore.

A video by WorldNews.tv shows the bewildered baby being fingerprinted, holding a bottle of milk and being carried into court by his grandfather.

It was even alleged that the infant had pelted stones at a police party making the raid according to The Nation website.

Reports suggest the boy has now been bailed until April 12 and the chief minister of the Punjab province has intervened and called for an inquiry.

:wtf:

Save him Captain America

Not even remotely. America said to Pakistan in 2001 you are either with us or against us. Pakistan picked the smart choice. They're untrustworthy and deceitful. The reason why America didn't tell Pakistan they were going in for Bin Laden is because the ISI (Pakistani intelligence service) has more leaks than a busted pipe.

Pakistan is another backward country just like much of the Middle East.

No need to generalize. America is just as full of lies, deceit and messed up people so its a bit unfair to act like its only the Middle East.

Where else in the world would a baby be taken into court on charges.

P.S I'm not American.

P.P.S I said much of the middle east. Not all.

America is just as untrustworthy? Sorry but no way is that remotely accurate or fair. America doesn't knowingly harbor terrorists like Pakistan does.

Yeah, its not like America spies on its own people, lies, cheats, manipulates its people through visual propaganda, kill its citizens, break its own rules whenever it deems it necessary, etc...

Im not saying its just America as pretty much every country has corruption of some kind, but you cant deny it.

EDIT: In fact Id say USA is an even more dangerous liar as its corruption can reach levels that a country like Pakistan can never reach.

All countries collect data on their own citizens. That's nothing new. You still didn't address the point I made about America not knowingly harboring terrorists like Pakistan does.

They also wouldn't take a 9 month old baby to court.
