Grizzles play @ Spurs tonight
Suns play at home to Thunder

I wish all 3 made it. I'm kinda hoping for a OKC-Memphis re-match, but I think it will be Dallas & Phoenix, who make the Playoffs this season.

I thought we'd matchup well too, but not the past 2 games. DJ crashes the boards too much, they got tons of 2nd chance opportunities. We keep the stars in check, but guys like Matt Barnes, Collison and Crawford always go insane against Phoenix too :facepalm

On one hand, I'm really disappointed by that. On the other, why am I going to shit on other good teams getting in? I love that it's a legit fight going on between three teams, and if one gets in over the other, they earned it.

All 3 teams play one another during this last stretch, too. With so much at stake, these won't be your typical regular season games.

Suns, Mavs, Grizzles could finish in any order right now. So yeah could be any of the 3. Not sure who Spurs would rather play to be honest.

last 25 games with their preferred starting lineups. Everyone's healthy, so let's match up each other's best and duke it out.
Phoenix Suns - 20 wins, 5 losses in their last 25 games with Eric Bledsoe, Goran Dragic, PJ. Tucker, Channing Frye and Miles Plumlee as the starting lineup
Memphis Grizzlies - 16 wins, 9 losses in last 25 games with Mike Conley, Courtney Lee, Tayshawn Prince, Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol as the starting lineup
Dallas Mavericks - 18 wins, 7 losses in last 25 games with Jose Calderon, Monta Ellis, Shawn Marion, Dirk Nowitzki and Samuel Dalembert as the starting lineup
Against playoff teams (East and West), during that 25 games
Phoenix Suns - 10 wins, 4 losses against current playoff teams
Memphis Grizzlies - 7 wins, 7 losses against current playoff teams
Dallas Mavericks - 5 wins, 7 losses against current playoff teams
Against Western Conference playoff teams (during that 25-game stretch)
Phoenix Suns - 6 wins, 3 losses against West playoff teams
Memphis Grizzlies - 2 wins, 3 losses against West playoff teams
Dallas Mavericks - 4 wins, 4 losses against West playoff teams

i think the mavs are the worst team out of those 3. i think the suns are obviously the least experienced so they might miss out. but the grizzlies are the most inconsistent. zbo takes games off regularly

I wouldn't be surprised if the Spurs REALLY take it "easy" and rest all starters against the Suns. They'll probably beat Memphis in the series but the Grizz are so physical that they 1-2 main players might be hurt in the process. Randolph, Marc etc will drag you in the mud and make it a very ugly series.

Depends who they might or might not want to see in the playoffs.
I don't think they want to the Suns. Too much youth and athleticism with Dragic, Bledsoe and Green.
Spurs struggle against OKC for that reason. Last playoffs, the Warriors nearly stole the first two games in San Antonio.
I think they're better off against the Grizzlies. Slow pace, no scoring threat. Just gotta be ready to rough it up a little. The 2011 series shouldn't haunt them, Memphis' windows are almost shut with this current squad.

This title should be changed to include the warriors and the sixth seed. One more loss and the suns can take the 6th seed. They lost a crucial game to denver last night and now only have 1 loss over on the suns

Yes but there's a difference, GWS will be in the playoffs after all. They might lose the 6th spot but one way or another they will make the playoffs. On the other hand PHX,MEM,DAL can't still say that they will make it.One of those three won't.

The only teams that "deserve" to be in the playoffs are teams that earned it... If you miss them you don't deserve sh*t..
this isn't little league where everyone gets a trophy

They haven't clinched a playoff spot though. If they win tonight they can clinch it, but if they don't, then they're in for serious trouble. I belive they end the season against Portland and Minny.
