What a scrub. He had easy layup on left side of rim right in front of him. Instead, he chooses to go under the rim to the other side, giving the defenders a chance to catch him and contest the shot and ruin the opportunity.

LeBron made a good pass to Lewis who should have made a quick 2 points.

At the 0:07 mark. Lewis has wide open basket, easy layup... why does he go around to the other side for a reverse ? What a scrub

In all seriousness though, about LeBron...... Jordan makes that bucket.

Open path to the rim.....only 1 defender to contest a dunk/layup of some sort..... and you can't finish. For an all time great, that's pretty pathetic.

Michael Jordan would have done some legendary emphatic jam or and-1, or clearly force the defender to foul him to prevent a bucket. Then everyone would nod and go WOW! yep that's the GOAT.

But LeBron..... come on son. We're trying to prop you up here.... and you are supposed to be top 5 All time.... and you get blocked by a rookie on a dunk/layup game winner.

Oh..... and LeBron could have fouled them to force them to make both FT's and give the Heat 1 last shot to tie or win if they miss 1 or 2 FT's..... but instead LeBron was bitching at the ref.

He thought the defender was closer to him than he really was.

Yes, pretty stupid play...but i mean even in his prime he was a jump shooter and not a fast break player or slasher.

The more I rewatch that, the scrub could have even dunked that.

I'd rather have Beasley on the court than him.

dribble wasn't even necessary. easy layup

the real travesty was there was at least 2.5 secs left if they had the mind to foul and make it a three point game instead of staring up the refs ass for a whistle.....

i blame coach spo. u gotta call a timeout IMMEDIATELY after that poor shot the nets took.

setup a play that looks like its for lebron but its actually for bosh for the wide open top of the key two or three....game over. HEAT WIN!

COACH SPO FAILED THE HEAT TONIGHT.

Yes call a timeout with LeBron running 30mph into the open court after a long miss

Yes yes

The play wasn't that bad. Had he gone up, he would have had 2 players jumping at him at once, so he thought he'd use the rim as protection, which is a commonly considered a smart move, but his lack of speed was ultimately the downfall whether he went up immediately or tried going under for rim protection.

Lewis is still getting paid for that outrageous max contact he got from Orlando in 2007.

No need to try anymore.

No doubt Lewis should of finish that play.

If LeBron had strong left hand he also would of finished that instead of going for a dunk.

All in all Lewis ****ed up

This. LeBron should've just took off for the last shot. But then again, he's LeBron.

It was a bad look, this ain't 2007. That's one possible knock on Bron is he doesn't have great discretion when he is passing. He can def see people, but Rashard Lewis on the break is a super bad look at this point in his career. It's hard to even imagine why dude was filling the lane like that.

Well, watching it again, I guess he was just way ahead and was kind of stuck making that cut, but you can tell he was like WAT dude really passed me the ball. SHIT.

He's extremely lucky that he was able to get the ball back to Bron, I think.

Lewis passed up an EASY layup or dunk to go for the reverse.

He ****ed up. PLain and simple.

I have no idea why LeBron did not go for a layup like he ALWAYS does late in the game. It would much harder for Plumlee to block that as he basically on the other side of the rime and there would also be a bigger chance of getting a whistle.

But of course, LeBron chooses this time to posterize one of the most athletic centers in the league even though he can't jump off two feet.
