LeBron, when locked in, is by far the best man to man defender on the perimeter in the last 5 years.
that being said he often takes possesions of on that end. that comes when you have to rebound, set screens on offense, attack the rim, run the fastbreak and shoot jumpers as well as setting up teammates at 260 pounds.
he had some pathetic reach in tries this season too where he just tried to strip the guy and let him blow by, thats true.
lets see how he does in the playoffs.
usually thats the time where he shuts down your favorite player
