Japan isn't a place. Which cities are you going to?
Osaka is a great city, good nightlife, friendly folks, beautiful by day, lots of good eats and gambling. Fukuoka is good if you like seafood and jackshit to do. Never done Tokyo

Osaka
Stick close to Namba station. Hit up Club Rockets for music and G2 for hook-ups. LAst time I was in Osaka I nailed a Canadian chick I me at the airport.

Also, you must try Kinryu ramen, it has a big ass dragon sticking out of it. Pretty close to the river and Geico running man.
