Doubt it.
Lebron will still be a top 3 player. But by this time next year, even Bron stans will admit that Durant has surpassed him because it will be so clear. It happened to Kobe in 2009, and it is bound to happen to Lebron in 2015.

The fuq is this? Why are you talking about next year's practice season?
The real season is about to start next week. It hasn't even started yet.

27/7/6 on 57%, 65 TS% is underwhelming. He's finished.

I really don't care too much how he does in the season as long as he's putting up 25/5/5 and getting wins. Post season is what really counts

Are you retarded? You think the Heat can win without LeBron putting up 25 a game? Have you even watched a game of theirs this season? :facepalm
And you're the one bragging about KD's 38 empty points today with a complete choke in the 4th

Lebron realizes that if his regular season averages are too high, his playoff averages will be lower than reg season. Gotta work on that

Why do you think KD is better? Those two are the same players today compared to some year/years ago..... one got career high offensive freedom due to Westbrooks absence (hence the career stats) and one is still in Miami sharing the ball with Wade/Bosh.... the stats KD got this year is more of a result due to offensive freedom rather than improvement..... Stats? Lebron has averaged 26-27 ppg since he came to Miami.... why do you think that is? Before that he was dropping up to 31 ppg, 8 rpg, 8.6 apg.... a couple of overall better statistical seasons than KD's this year and he is today better than ever before...
Why doesnt he average more then you say? Is it because he is a worse player or because he simply has to unselfishly share shots with 2 very good offensive weapons? If Lebron was in Durants seat which this year without Westbrook was kindof similar to Lebrons seat in Cleveland he would average much more than he ever did before.... and he most likely would then get the MVP again.... would you THEN still call Lebron the best? Why? He is the same exact player, just more offensive freedom / need to produce more to win from game to game..........
Lebron doesnt want anymore of those, he would have then stayed in Cleveland...... he came to Miami for championships, with Wade/Bosh there a big abundance of his stats/shots is what he had to sacrifice (same with Wade/Bosh) amongst other things, getting MVP in the process is just a bonus for him, but not a priority at all........ KD is not a better player and wont be until its very clear or until he outshines Lebron in the department his entire focus is at right now.... which is playoffs / championships, the biggest stage....... and the playoffs is very soon, lets wait and see....

Kobe was never even close to the best player in the NBA. Also Lebron is still better than Durant and it's gonna be that way for a long time.

Stop trolling. LeBron will be the best player for the next 3 years at least. Durant can score, but so can LeBron and he also has a court vision that durant does not possess. The only case I would consider Durant better than Bron is if he beat him in the finals.

Reporter: LeBron, when will the stresses and expectations of winning a Championship switch from you, to Kevin Durant?

The team is old as shit and struggled defensively? Miami has always been an elite defensive team and they've just been mediocre this season. Miami's defense depends upon its teams speed. IIRC, Miami is the oldest (on average) team in the league at 31 years. Also, the bench has sucked ass.

Lebron severely outplayed Durant in one of their matches, and in the other they put up a similar performance. I still think Lebron's the best player, just based on how the season has finished up, but prior to the all star break, I was convinced that Durant may have surpassed him. Not so much anymore.
