Is he the one with all of the gun charges against him? i know theres a 49'ers defensive guy who is going thru that, was thinking it was this guy.

It'd be great to see a cell phone recording of this since i'm wondering how he said 'Bomb'. like did he yell it? if he just said it jokingly to a friend, and some security overheard it then this happened, then i get why he's so pissed about it.
