Very relevant, especially in a relationship. I'm not in a relationship but I wouldn't want to not have sex until I was in one. And as bad as it sounds, I don't think I could stay with a girl if she didn't want to have sex, even if it was for religious reasons. I wouldn't break up with her if she was bad in bed though.

When you're in your 20s its fine. When you're in your 30s its a bit questionable, like "why hasn't he found anyone yet?". In your 40s and older IMO its out of the question unless you're divorced or a millionaire.
