Now that both are at the end of their careers, which one of these 2 point guards comes out on top?

Random comparison, but answer is Bibby.

Bibby.

They had different styles to me. Bibby more of a scoring PG while Kirk was a defensive one.

The bigger question is how much better was Mark Price than both of them?

No....not it's not.

Bibby.

I never saw Kirk as a starting pg. A really solid back up pg for sure.

Bibby had seasons of 21/5/3 and 20/7/4. He's also had multiple seasons shooting over 40% from downtown and is a career 38% shooter. He was also a top PG while playing on some scary good Kings teams.

Hinrich has never averaged over 16.8 PPG. He's been under 40% shooting numerous times and is regularly in the low 40s. He may have an edge on D, but Bibby was lighting up the Lakers with Shaq in his prime and Kobe just entering his. Answer is Mike Bibby, quite easily.

Bibby was so tenacious that he once fouled Kobe's elbow with his nose.

As much as I love Capt. Kirk, Bibby used to be pretty beast. I'd give him the nod.
