They want to talk about how their team is the underdog and how hard their playoff run will be this year, but then they want to brag to eveyone about how their team is one of the GOAT teams in NBA history. It makes zero sense.
You can't victimize yourself and then walk around like your team is the shit. If you ya'll don't make it back to the Finals it will be a colossal failure, and you are certainly not the underdogs up to that point.

easily the best team in the East but still below the Spurs, Thunder and Clippers.

They should make the finals, but I don't know if they'll be favoured against whoever comes out of the West. Pretty sure it's just bron stans saying they're a major underdog.

They never been a great team. Bosh has to play a defensive center since the heat don't have a good one, and that's not natural for him, and it also hurts his offensive game. Wade is a ball dominant player who can't shoot threes, which doesn't match with lebron. Never seen a team win a championship with such a big flaw down low.
Lebron carried them to both championships. Also, never seen a team win a series when the refs were against them heavily until last year (heat did it twice last year). Inspirational stuff.

OP, so do Heat haters like this dude. One minute they hail Heat as the most stacked team in NBA history and how if Lebron doesn't win it all it's a choke job. The next minute they trash the Heat as if they aren't the 2 time defending champ.

:biggums: The only idiots who claim the Heat are one of the greatest teams in NBA history are Lebron haters who are desperate to discredit his rings. Then two days later those same idiots will claim the Heat would lose in the first round if they played in the West. :oldlol:
I mean seriously, can anybody actually name ONE Heat fan who said they were some all time great team? :facepalm

3 of those teams are stacked and 1 has the best player in the NBA.

I don't know about overall .. but the heat got a pretty huge noncall at the end of game 6 there on that ginobli drive .. that would've put sa up 1 with like 3 seconds left if he hits both .. very good chance they win it after that

The hand is part of the ball. How was that a foul?

What Heat fans are you exactly talking about? There aren't exactly a lot of hardcore Heat fans in Miami and the only REAL Heat fan I know in real life is my younger brother who was a fan since the Alonzo Mourning, Hardaway, Mashburn days. I honestly don't even know who you can possibly be directing this at? I honestly cannot name one Heat fan here off the top of my mind. I can name a lot of Lebron fans...but Heat fans? Not really. So...yeah, stupid thread.

Real shit.
Historically stacked.
They should honestly be sweeping everyone they face in the first two rounds.

Name one Heat fan who said that.
The Heat's road to the Finals this year will be nothing more than average.
In the Finals they might face a pretty good team, but not anything special compared to other teams in the past who have made the Finals.
How can a team without a centre be historically stacked. If 38 year old duncan and roy fcking hibbert demolish your frontline then I wouldnt even want to imagine what the bigmen on the truly stacked teams of the past would do.

Say that to 80% of the clowns on this forum that actually believe OKC is stacked, then.

No one believes that okc is unfairly stacked. That said they do have more than enough to win. I feel that they should have the mentality of finals or bust because they match up well with the spurs and are better than the clips. While Ibaka and perkins arent offensive threats they do provide rebounding and interior defense which is crucial.

They aren't Heat fans at all, they are just making a case for the Heat being an awful team and want people to believe that Bran single handedly wins championships for them.
It's not like they have 3 max contract superstars, are stacked with 3 point shooting outside those superstars and play the most intense defense in the league when fired up.
They are a very good team and have been since summer 2010. Not historically stacked or great, but the best team of the 2010s so far.

Marlo Stanfield just flat out talks BS.
The heat are underdogs every year and just cited Kedrick Perkins as a reason for okc being stacked.
Thank god this convo isn't in person. We would have laughed you out of the room dude. And then brought it up for months and months

Thunder match very poorly with the Heat.
Even the Clips have a better shot at them than they do.

ISH is a troll haven. OKC has the so called best player in the world and the so called best point guard, plus defenders, three point shooters, veterans, etc. They clearly have enough to win and anything else will be considered a failure(unless someone gets injured) but nobody serious on here believes OKC is unfairly stacked. Just like nobody serious here believes Miami is still unfairly stacked. Problem is there aren't enough serious people on here.

refs weren't calling that man - ginobli was obviously just looking for a bail out call, even moreso than actually getting to the basket imo.
...and i was rootin for the spurs.

why do they match poorly?? they are build very equally only that LeBron>>>Durant in the playoffs.
they only problem OKC has is that Miami only has Bosh as a legit scoring Big men and Perkins becomes quite useless when he has no real Center to defend.
but since Durant is so much better than LeBron it shouldnt be that big a deal right??
